Nationals was great, I got some good work in that I needed and it was a good competition with a really talented field. I thank God I was able to do well in both long and triple because I love both jumps and any time I can do both I will do it. Since Nationals I got right back to training and my coach has been trying to kill me out there it seems like, lol but I like to work hard and push myself because you become the best by training as hard as you can up until you cross the line of being stupid.

Im heading out to Istanbul, Turkey on sunday with the rest out the USA team for World Indoors. It should be a cool little trip and God willing the USA will do big things and get some great marks on the board! Im excited to go to Turkey because I have heard nothing but good things and I hear they have good food!!! Most of the places I have travelled to for meets don’t have the best food, and I end up barely eating anything and I start looking like I need 25 cents a day lol.. But I am really excited to compete and do the best I can with what God gives me out there in Turkey and hopefully touch many people lives with a great performance and come back with some hardware!!
